I have the absolute pleasure of chatting with the Your Creative Start Podcast resident nutritionist Rebecca Miller from Health With Bec. But before we dive in, I have some big news. The success of this podcast has completely exceeded my wildest dreams. However, it takes a lot of time to produce each episode especially when I have a business and I am a mum, and it's been causing me a bit of stress lately and that’s why I’ve got Bec on the podcast this week. But it’s also why I have decided to now produce this podcast into 10-episode Seasons. This means, each season you’ll be able to listen to 10 killer weekly episodes and then I’ll be taking a break for a few weeks to enjoy some much needed down time, to re-boost my creativity and to spend time researching, recording and producing the new episodes for the next season.
