I have the absolute pleasure of chatting with my nutritionist Rebecca Miller with Health With Bec on the YCS Podcast today. I've been wanting to chat about fuelling our creativity with nutrition for a long time and because this podcast is all about providing tips and advice that everyone can put into action right away, when it comes to nutrition, I wanted results. So over the last couple of months, I've been personally working with Bec on my nutrition to help lose some stubborn weight that hasn't shifted since I had Dusty as well as to help bring my energy and creativity levels back up - and I haven't looked back since. 

So today on the podcast, Bec and I talk about nutrition and how it affects your creativity, how to manage stress, what small changes you can make today to see big results, strategies for being conscience about our food choices, meal plans and how they help you become more successful, healthy habits and sleeping habits, as well as exercise to fuel your creativity.
